The first MetaPLoP will be held in the majestic Douro Valley in Portugal. For those unfamiliar with Douro Valley, it is the least densely populated area in all of Portugal. The land in the area is mainly used to produce the renowned Port wine. Douro Valley is located in the upper Northeast of Portugal. The conference will be held at the beautiful Aquapura Douro Valley hotel.

Guests at the hotel will enjoy beautiful vistas overlooking the wine country of Douro Valley. The hotel offers plenty of amenities, including a spa, heated pool, and gym. Aside from the beautiful setting, the rooms at Aquapura should meet everyone’s standard for luxury and relaxation. All the better to keep you energized and engaged during the conference sessions!

We’ve included a picture of the Aquapura Hotel. We have booked rooms for the verified conference attendees. If you plan on attending, please let us know.
